Curious about making a real impact on how a global company recruits? As a Group HR Recruitment Specialist at Axis Communications in our HQ in Lund, you'll drive how recruitment happens, not by recruiting yourself, but by developing the processes, tools, and ways of working that enable great hiring everywhere.

Who is your future team?
As one of our functional leads, you'll join Group HR's People Attraction and Development team, which brings together Employer Branding, Recruitment, Social Sustainability, and Learning & Development. In this role, you'll partner with a colleague in the same position, jointly driving recruitment development and complementing each other. You'll report to the team manager and work closely with local recruitment teams across multiple regions in a matrix setup - guiding, supporting, and aligning how Axis recruits worldwide.

What you’ll do here as Group HR Recruitment Specialist?
This is not a hands-on recruiting role. Instead, you'll take ownership of developing, improving, and futureproofing how Axis recruits globally. You'll lead projects and drive change across a complex, multicultural organization - turning strategy into action. In this role you will typically do the following:

  • Define, develop, and drive recruitment practices and processes on a global level
  • Lead global recruitment development projects and initiatives from concept to implementation
  • Drive the digitalization and simplification of our recruitment process, including the evaluation and implementation of new recruitment tools and AI
  • Improve the candidate and hiring manager experience across all regions
  • Collaborate with local recruitment teams worldwide, bringing together perspectives and strengthening our shared ways of working
  • Contribute to talent analytics, workforce planning, and DE&I efforts as part of a broader people strategy
  • Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders across the organization, bringing expertise, fresh ideas, and a proactive approach

Who are we looking for/Who are you?
You're someone who takes initiative and gets things done, combining a big-picture perspective with the ability to deliver concrete results. You navigate complex, multicultural environments with ease and know how to drive change and influence across an organization without relying on formal authority. You're genuinely curious, always looking for better ways of working, and energized by the possibilities that technology and data bring to recruitment.

We'd love to hear that you have:

  • A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated experience in process development, project management, and driving change within a recruitment context
  • Experience implementing recruitment digital tools in a matrix, multicultural organization
  • Proven ability to work cross-culturally and lead change initiatives across multiple geographical regions
  • Experience working applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Fluent English, written and verbal

Bonus points if you also bring:

  • Working knowledge of Workday

  • Experience collaborating on employer branding initiatives

  • Swedish language skills
